Trump won’t go to White House Correspondents Association Dinner this year washingtontimes ^ | S.A. Miller President Trump announced Saturday that he would not be attending the White House Correspondents Association Dinner in April, punctuating his combative relationship with the news media. “I will not be attending the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner this year. Please wish everyone well and have a great evening!” Posters Note: Probably an intelligent decision. The group's first inpulse would be to poison his food and somehow blame it on Russian computer hackers.

Donny Trump is afraid that Megyn Kelly and Jorge Ramos will be there. Who is Jorge Ramos? Who's that crack ho on the right? I got rid of cable years ago.
I would expect that someone who is as industrious as Trump is would not want to waste it trying to win a silly spat contest. Seriously. Regardless of whether one likes or hates Trump, I think it must be agreed he stays busy on things he considers productive.
Jorge Ramos is the illegal alien Univision guy that Trump threw out of the WH press briefing. Megyn Kelly is the Fox News babe that got fired for asking Trump a tough question during the debates. Trump said that she had blood shooting out of her eyes, or some dumb crap like that. Okay, thanks hondolt.
Good. This is a long tradition. It's important for Trump to break traditions, lots of them, to make it clear that the comfortable old ways are not law, and will not stand when they do not serve his purposes.
It is President Trump, show a little respect for the most patriotic, Republic loving president since George Washington. Praise God, President Trump won’t go to White House satan worshiping, Republic hating, dung sprouting Correspondents Association Dinner this year. If they don't clean up their act before March 20th, 2017, there may be no celebrating of national atheist day for many of them. To all a very merry Christmas and a great 2017.

Seems sensible enough. Trump shouldn't be yucking it up with his libmedia enemies. That redounds only to their benefit, not his. Although he laughed and tried to be a good sport, he did not like when 0bama made pointed jokes at him while he sat in the audience and couldn't respond. As I recall, 0bama made fun of Trump and the Birther thing. Many people have said for years that this Nerd Prom is a foul modern tradition that should be discontinued entirely. I agree with that. And Trump attending is only to the advantage of the libs by affirming their status as the Fourth Estate (which seems a lot more like a Fifth Column). There is no advantage for Trump. I think it would be smart for Trump to have his own event, a speech or rally or charity event that night. Along with a few choice barbs he could aim at their puny event. OTOH, he could just stay home at the WH to show his complete disdain for their invitation of him as their most honored guest. 0bama opens with an attack on Trump in 2011: Seth Meyers continued it: Trump responded on Fox & Friends:
