Beleaguered FBI Director James Comey called President-Elect Donald Trump to update him on a highly controversial emerging scandal. Comeys tidbits of information will likely not be shared by the mainstream media because the facts he relayed simply do not fit their liberal narrative. James Comey told Donald Trump there was NO credible evidence the Russians influenced the outcome of the 2016 presidential election. The FBI director went on to say his agency is not the only one that has reached the same conclusion, Newsmax reports.
According to James Comey, the director of the National Intelligence Agency, James Clapper, says no proof of a Russian hack into the DNC email system has been presented. He added the ONLY member of the entire United States intelligence community who felt it was appropriate to point a finger at the Russians was CIA Director John Brennan.
Brennan is the only American intelligence official who believes the Russians did it, according to unnamed sources reportedly briefed on Comey and Trumps conversation. Was the CIA itself behind the leak of the intelligence report to theWashington Post?
And Brennan takes his marching orders from President Obama, the same sources said when quoting Comey. The FBI director allegedly believes the leaks to the newspapers about Russian hackers was done for one reason only
to delegitimize Donald Trumps victory over Hillary Clinton.
James Comey also reportedly told the president-elect that the FBI has spent the last year on alert over possible Russian hacking attempts. The FBI director was quoted as saying a close watch had been ordered just in case the Russians attempted something during the 2016 presidential election.
Comey allegedly feels the DNC hacking that caused intense embarrassment for Hillary Clinton and DNC elites was conducted by hackers with zero direct connection to Vladimir Putins government. With the FBI closely watching for Russian hacking attempts, it seems unlikely such antics would sneak by undetected.
Its also unclear, the sources said, why Putin would have preferred dealing with Donald Trump, who has promised a major military buildup, over Hillary Clinton, who would have continued Barack Obamas cautious policies toward the Kremlin.
Trumps vow to overhaul and enhance the United States Military would make him an unlikely favorite for a staunch enemy like Russia.
James Comey and James Clapper also appear to be the only two intelligence officials who have dared to speak publicly about the woeful nature of our immigrant and refugee vetting system. Doing so surely put them at odds with liberals and President Barack Obama.
The liberal whining over the election results will likely continue until Donald Trump is officially sworn in as the 45th president of the United States. Losing gracefully and uniting behind a president-elect just does not seem to be part of the progressive skill setblaming others for their mistakes, however, comes rather naturally to the left.
