He should have been tased.... then cuffed. I agree. Excessive use of force.

No. He should have cooperated.

No. He should have cooperated.

Yes he should have cooperated. But that doesn't give the police a license to punish him by unleashing an attack dog on him.

Maybe they should have just shot him in the head huh?

misterwhite seems to have no concept of excessive force, so yes, I'm sure he would not see any problem with the police shooting him, cutting him up with a chainsaw, or running him over with a steamroller. Or all three.

Did the dirtbag think the cop was simply taking the dog for a walk? Of course he should have cooperated. Even without the dog.

No I was just seeing how far you go in support of police brutality.

"No I was just seeing how far you go in support of police brutality."

Police brutality? What's the police dog for? Petting?

The highly trained police dog was used as non-lethal force to subdue the uncooperative douchebag. A taser could have missed, been ineffective, or even killed the subject.

(Ooooh. That would have given you something to post about. Why did they taser him? Why not use the police dog? At least he'd be alive today.)

Police brutality? What's the police dog for? Petting?

To catch fleeing suspects. Not to attack unarmed people who are not a threat.

What are the guns for? To shoot them in the head? You kind of dodged that one.

So again should the police have been allowed to just shoot him in the head. I mean they have guns and the guns aren't for playing cops and robbers. They ar for shooting.

Yes. Under the use of force continuum.

Turns out the dog was sufficient. No one died.

LE, under the use of force continuum, should use just enough force to gain control. IMHO, there was no need for the K9 officer to allow the dog to keep nawing on the arrestee, when there was a sufficient amount of officers present to get him cuffed without injury to officers.

Better yet, they should have tased his naked ass... make the idiot ride the lightening bolt. The route they took will cause CIVIL LIABILITY PAYOUT by taxpayers.

A friend of mine broke into a junk yard at night to smoke some and drink a six pack he and a friend had pilfered from dads fridge. The neighbor called the cops, and they turned the police dogs loose in the junk yard. The friend ended up with 12 stitches on his face, and a frightening experience. He was 13, and he must have deserved that. sarcasm off now....

Exercising rights is only radical to two people, Tyrants and Slaves. Which are YOU? Our ignorance has driven us into slavery and we do not recognize it.

Very logical assessment.

Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God.

There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."Theodore Roosevelt-1907.
