With all due respect, I don't like your approach at all (except the part about Russia). What I have in mind, and what the Revelation signifies, is that we wont put any boots on the ground, and we (along with Russia and our NATO allies) will just bomb the hell out of ISIS (and Al Qaida, etc.) with "exceedingly great hell."
