Hillary Clinton’s campaign lawyer announced plans to participate in vote recounts of Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan if they take place, yet doesn’t expect to overturn the election of Donald Trump as president. If Green Party candidate Jill Stein initiates recounts in all of those states as she intends, the Clinton campaign “will participate in order to ensure the process proceeds in a manner that is fair to all sides,” lawyer Marc Elias said Saturday in a post on the blogging website Medium.com. The announcement prompted a sharp response from Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway, now a senior adviser to the president-elect. “What a pack of sore losers,” Conway said in a statement to Bloomberg. “After asking Mr. Trump and his team a million times on the trail, ‘Will HE accept the election results?’ it turns out Team Hillary and their new BFF Jill Stein can’t accept reality.” “Rather than adhere to the tradition of graciously conceding and wishing the winner well, they’ve opted to waste millions of dollars and dismiss the democratic process. The people have spoken. Time to listen up. #YesYourPresident,” Conway said. Stein says on her website that she’s raised more than $5.7 million for her recount effort so far, with a $7 million goal. The funds raised so far will cover costs in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. The Democrat’s campaign didn’t plan to initiate recounts on its own because it hasn’t found “any actionable evidence of hacking or outside attempts to alter the voting technology,” Elias wrote. Elias also isn’t expecting the recounts to erase what he said was a 107,000 combined vote margin separating the candidates in the three battleground states and overturning the election of Trump, who is due to be sworn in as president in January. “We do so fully aware that the number of votes separating Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton in the closest of these states -- Michigan -- well exceeds the largest margin ever overcome in a recount,“ Elias said. “But regardless of the potential to change the outcome in any of the states, we feel it is important, on principle, to ensure our campaign is legally represented in any court proceedings and represented on the ground in order to monitor the recount process itself.” Elias said there also is an obligation to the voters now that a recount is planned in Wisconsin and potentially the other two states. The Wisconsin Elections Commission on Friday said it had received Stein’s petition. “We believe we have an obligation to the more than 64 million Americans who cast ballots for Hillary Clinton to participate in ongoing proceedings to ensure that an accurate vote count will be reported,” Elias said.

Of course not. But it fits with the Democrat philosphy -- spending millions of dollars of other people's money to do something that will benefit no one and accomplish nothing.

Not surprising at all, imagine Hillary is waiting for one of her donors to collect on their donation to the Foundation. She probably has problems sleeping at night now knowing that some little sound might be the last thing she hears. Vegetarians eat vegetables. Beware of humanitarians!
Maybe it will benefit someone. At this point, Stein claims she can't guarantee all the money donated will be used to fund a recount.

Kind of ironic considering Trump himself would have demanded a recount had he lost. I think I'll file that opinion in the 'unprovable assertion' folder.
Seems to me that Trump said at the last debate, "I’ll keep you in suspense” and would not promise to accept the election results regardless of outcome. As I recall also, the next day in Ohio he told his supporters “I will totally accept the results of this great and historic presidential election — if I win”. I'd say that it's a pretty safe bet that he would have challenged the results if he had lost. I’ll say it's never a pretty safe bet to never attempt to predict what Donald Trump will do or would have done. If you have learned anything about Donald Trump, you should at least have learned that nothing is a “pretty safe” bet with Donald Trump.
And EVERYONE in the media came down on Trump like a ton of bricks for implying that he would not accept the results of the election. "A threat to our democracy", they cried. "Never happenened before", they wailed. "Un- American", they screamed. We're simply doing to Hillary the Hypocrite what was done to Trump.
So she's telling everyone upfront that she's going to screw them. An honest politician! How did she lose?
It never was just 11 million in the last 25 years. Twelve million was a figure the shit-for-brains G. W. Bush devised to make it look like he was in charge and knowledgeable about the situation. It minimized any threat. In addition, the lofty Connecticut Bushs have another problem. The dynasty is being affected by an influx of Mexican blood and offspring through intermarriage. He is saddled with the task of making Mexican invaders more palatable. The Bushs are on a mission to elevate integration of acceptance of Mexican culture and minimize the threat of consequences of a Mexican invasion. By falsely minimizing the number who have successfully invaded, one can minimize the effect upon disenfranchisement of the people and culture that built and maintain this nation with eventual substitute of a massive influx of grasping primitive personalities. The genetic primitives have been granted unlimited right to economic and sociopolitical equality under a prevalent dominant doctrine of Marxist counterculturism. The success of the invasion has resulted of an influx of 29 million immigrants since 1980, most of whom have been welcomed in since 1980, that we even know about. There has been a wave of humanoid parasites swarming into this nation intent on confiscating what they were incapable of creating in their parent country while simultaneously demanding to impose their bankrupt cultures here. Under the present corruption created by progressivism, they are encouraged to vote 10 or 20 times each using different names and addresses. Obama and Hillary encourage this approach by offering almost instantaneous rubber stamp citizenship and exhortation to participate in voting to obtain the “precious” opportunity to help direct the future of this country and share in the goodies. Simultaneously, leftist politicians, together with the leftist media, systematically help this effort by decreasing the number of perceived illegals from 12 million, to 11 ½ million and now 11 million to cash in on the 36 million or more illegal swarm. The Obama/Hillary axis is preparing to immigrate 3,000,000 islamic guerilla jihadists to add muscle to their mission of fracturing the cultural and physical unity of this country with the ultimate intent and result of bringing what has been occurring in Germany and France over here. We are in an undeclared war for the survival of western civilization and we're losing.
