Nearly half of Americans, 46% view President-elect Trump favorably or somewhat favorably. Compare this to re-election when his numbers were at 37%. Soars to 46% ??? Between election day 2008 and when Obama got sworn in early 2009 his approval rating was in the 70%s and then the 80%s , then dropped off dramatically in the next two years.
