When President Obama took office he removed the bust of British Prime Minister Winston Churchill that was located in the Oval Office which was viewed by many as a slap in the face to Britain whose one of our closest allies. Now that Donald Trump has been elected President it appears that the bust of Churchill will be returning as reported by the U.K. Express. Nigel Farage met with Donald Trump and is an ardent supporter of his. He was the interim leader of the United Kingdom Independence Party and he promoted the Brexit vote. He said,
“At the end of our time with Trump, we asked him if the bust of Sir Winston Churchill that Obama had removed from the Oval Office could be put back in its rightful place. He enthusiastically thought that was a good idea. Need I say more?”
