Apparently that's their excuse. It was difficult for Hillary to print the classified documents on the State Department network, so they were sent to Huma's computer to print. I'm not saying this makes any sense, just that it's their explanation.
But they apparently found tens of thousands of official business emails in the sole possession of Carlos Danger. Huma and Anthony Weiner split in August. She does not live with him any more. They got these from him, not her. Anything classified presents a very real problem because it is probably impossible to grant him a clearance and make believe all is well.
The US Government is exactly your "catch."
