The chance of McMulin, Johnson or Stein winning are not 0.1%. They are absolutely 0%. It is impossible for any of them to win. If Clinton and Trump were both struck by lightning before the election, the winner would be a replacement Democrat or Republican. Book-makers have to give a percentage chance to those candidates, but that percentage is a fantasy. The chance is 0.0000000000%. Note that even if they remain aliens, but reside in a state that gives them shit (California), they are counted in the census and that adds to the representation given to the state in Congress. It's based on a pure head count, not a citizen count.
