I'm very interested in info that would show illegal or fraudulent intent directed to the American people. But basic stuff like this is innocent enough. Anyone who's worked an office/day job is well aware that conflicts are all to much a part of the real life work day. They are normal, and I've experienced them myself. Get more than 6-8 people working together for a couple years and people are invariably going to butt heads, sometimes in a serious way. Leaks related to Hillary's real policies, conflicts of interests, advocacy of illegal behavior and so on is what really matters.
