They were unmarked and Hillary did not know they were from the President. /s I heard this claim the everything originating from POTUS is classified on Rush a few mins ago. I do not know if that is accurate. If it were, POTUS had the responsibility apply classification markings. Also, at about the same time, I believe Rush claimed the classified email was declassified and then Hillary was free to do her presser making that claim. In fact, the 302 indicates that Steinbach continued to refuse to declassify the email in question, and after having so refused, Clinton held a presser and denied having sent classified emails on the private server.
