Hello Freedomphiles! Radley Balko reports that over at Bureaucrash.com, Crasher-in-Chief Pete Eyre posted a video of a cop trying to follow him home after Eyre had called police to report this officer's squad car was again parked in a no parking zone.
The officer claims that he is following Eyre because of Eyre's sidearm, but as Balko notes, "it’s perfectly legal to open carry in Virginia. So the officer’s claim that that’s why he was following Eyre doesn’t fly."
