That is what it looks like will happen to me. Trump could lead a brigade to the WH with pitch forks and torches, but I think it will be more convenient for him just to play some golf.

The 3%? You mean, the boys who run around in the woods with guns and take pictures with flags like the guys in the photo? The insinuation is that these guys are going to finally get pissed and take out the government. Yeah, well, a whole lot more than 3% - more like 20% - rose up en masse in arms in 1861. They fought tenaciously, long and hard. And they lost. They lost and got slaughtered. We all learn about that in school. No, there will not be an overthrow of the government by the 3%. If 3% decide to attack the government of the United States, 80% of the people will back the government going in with the Army and slaughtering them, and they will be rooted out and slaughtered. Men who play soldier in woods do not, in fact, matter. Voters do. If people on the right want to be taken seriously and get some of what they want, they have to offer policies that are appealing to the majority of the people. They don't. So they lose. Then they lose again. Then they flare up, and lose yet again. If they actually go nuts and resort to arms, they will lose - and get themselves killed in the process. If the Right, the 30%, really want to have a hope in hell of having any further influence over American politics, if they don't simply want to be ruled by the 70%, then they need to start offering realistic economic policies that actually appeal to the majority of the people, not the sort of plantation economy idiocy they have kept recycling. To get power, they've had to resort to foreign threats to get the people - who NEVER agree with their economics - to vote for them. They were aided by the military incompetence of LBJ and Carter. But that's done now. If the radical right REALLY wants to resort to armed insurrection, I say BRING IT. We will shoot them down and get rid of them, just like we did the slavers, and that will physically ELIMINATE the voting bloc from the electorate, making it easier to move ahead with rational policy without their obstructions. No, the Right does NOT have the armed power to take on the people and military of this country. If they try, we will unite and slaughter them. And feel justified in doing so. And BE justified in doing so, actually. The Second Amendment does not give individuals the right of rebellion. And there is nothing being done to anybody in America right now that justifies an armed revolt against this government. Slavery? Yeah, that actually DID justify slave rebellions. But those days are long past now. Segregation? Less so, but yes. But now? Disliking Obamacare? Hating Social Security? That justifies shooting people? The hell it does! Anybody who launches an armed insurrection in the America of TODAY is a rabid dog who will be taken out. If some 3% thinks it's going to override the will of the 97%, then BRING IT. That way we can kill you and be done with you for good.
The country is riven right down the middle as there is no mandate or true majority for either side. A handful of undecideds will determine the winner. IMO this is the situation which historically creates civil war. I am an ardent Trump supporter but I believe he will not prevail in this election primarily because of the women vote. It was the women vote which got Obama two terms in office. The same coalition will get Killary in. Replay of 2008/2012 and PIAPS will get two terms also. Put your money on it. Especially after the release of the private conversation tape with Billy Bush. You can't fight the demographics. Or the incredibly ubiquitous ignorance of the electorate. (Did I spell that one correctly?)
First off, math is not your specialty. The 3% you denigrate turns out to be six million people. Second, the statute known as posse comitatus prohibits the deployment of US troops on US soil. So it would take an act of Congress to reverse that. Not likely to happen. So it would be six million against the piddling numbers at FBI and BATF and some renegade local law enforcement types. The majority of the LEO's would side with the six million. You can take that to the bank. Your scenarios are the self-deluded rantings of a tactically-challenged disaffected leftist. Sorry you are coming apart at the seams.
The snow covered azzwholes in the picture you posted are a drone strike away from meeting Saint Peter. It might make you feel warm and fuzzy but it's laughable. Please read some history. When the ballot box fails, assassinations typically follow. Now I certainly am not advocating for this I'm simply noting historical trends. Capisce?

It was 33%, and they also had the French Navy, the French Army, the Spanish Navy and the Dutch financiers behind them. And they were a 3-month sea voyage from England. 3% is one-tenth of 33%. It's right here. And there will be no foreign help. NOBODY IS INTIMIDATED by the military threats of yahoos. If they go nuts and actually act on their threats, we get to kill them all and be done with them. You will either persuade the majority of people in this country with arguments, or you will be ruled by them. If you take up arms against them, you will die.
Lincoln managed to do it. Hillary will too, if you make her. If you draw the gun, do not expect the rule of law to protect you. Note how the police say "Fuck the law" and just kill whoever steps out of line? Yeah, well, you start shooting up the federal government, and you're going to have the whole country ready to kill you, and piddling things like laws and rules and "posse comitatus" isn't going to stop Hillary from doing what she needs to to restore order any more than habeas corpus stopped Lincoln.
Drones work great in a desert environment. In the woods and forests, not so much. It's gonna take boots on the ground to fight that battle, and any troops who want to come fight country boys in these hills and jungles will soon find themselves wishing they'd never left the comfy confines of their inner-city hovels.
You cut off the electricity and the water, and access to medical care, and food. You surround the area and you let them starve and die of disease. If you get tired of it, you set the forest on fire and burn them out. It's just not that hard, when you have airpower, and heat sensors, and tanks, and unlimited time, and your opponents have earnestness and firearms...and mortgages and mouths to feed. Survivalist criminals escape into the woods for awhile. They get caught. Or their bodies get found a few years later.
