26 cities are listed with majority black population per the 2010 census. That would include, at the lower population end, Wilkinsburg, PA with 11,118 for 69.8% of the population.
Whoa! Hold on. First of all, is there a city in the USA with a majority black population? I can't think of one.
You need to get out more often:) There are hardly any whites left in cities other than elite liberals in renovated slums now upper scale brownstone homes. Plus they find ways to keep the rift raft out too. Just like white liberals like to do. Other than that most large US cities are majority minority.
