If you were riding a motorcycle, the last thing you'd expect to see in your mirror is a guy pedaling a bicycle closing in on you. That's exactly what happened to a group of motorcyclists somewhere in California, and thankfully, one recorded the hilarious results for posterity. Assumedly these motorcyclists are doing around 40-50 mph here, but while we can't be certain of their exact speed, we know that the guy on the bike is really cooking. Yes, the biker is on an ultra-light road bike, but he's also got some damn powerful legs. Godspeed, anonymous cyclist.

Actually, it looked like downhill to me, based on how often he peddled. It's still funny to watch. Too bad the motorcyclist didn't show his speedometer.
Kinda reminds me of the sequence from "Breaking Away". When you ride behind an 18 wheeler like that there's about no wind resistance, and maybe even some wind pushing you resulting from the aerodynamics of the truck. That makes it very easy to do high speeds on a highway. Motorcyclists are aware of this. Some truckers don't like it.
