A New Mexico police sergeant accused of unwittingly recording himself on a lapel camera taking marijuana from his office and giving it to his girlfriend has been released from jail. KOB-TV in Albuquerque reported Saturday that Grants police Sgt. Roshern McKinney is out of jail. It wasn't immediately known Sunday under what conditions he was released. Caught by his own camera: Roshern McKinney, 33, was arrested Wednesday after allegedly leaving his lapel camera on while taking marijuana from his office and giving it to his girlfriend State police say McKinney was arrested Wednesday. An investigation was requested in July after the video recording was found. He faces charges of distribution of marijuana, conspiracy and felony embezzlement. According to state police, McKinney also allegedly embezzled $785 and an 8-ounce brick of marijuana not submitted to the department's evidence vault. It wasn't immediately known if he had an attorney.

The " Hero " looks like he has been doubling down on the donuts, KFC, mash potatoes & gravy, dbl cheeseburgers, french fries, etc, etc. Now we know why, he has been consuming stuff from the " Evidence Locker ". The Departments procedures appear to be a wee bit too loose. Wonder how long he has been getting away with it? I've seen a show called "World's Dumbest Criminals" Maybe someone should make a show called "World's Dumbest Cops" with McKinney along with this guy on the first episode. Before McKinney made this hilariously corrupt blunder, a former Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper accused of receiving oral sex while on duty from a Knoxville porn actress was dubbed the world’s worst decision maker. However, it appears that there is now a tie between McKinney and former state trooper James Randy Moss. Moss served 4 years of probation for his corrupt and hilarious actions, after stopping Justis Ellen Richert, who’s known in the “industry” as Barbie Cummings. Cummings said the trooper spotted alcohol and a bottle of illegal Vicodin pills in her car after she was pulled over heading home from her aunt’s house. Cummings said she told the trooper about her job and sat beside him in the front seat of his cruiser as he checked her website from his state-issued laptop. She said he ended up tossing the pills into the bushes, then said yes when she offered him oral sex. Cummings said the trooper shot photos and video of the act with his cell phone and sent her copies. He then asked her to put them on her blog so he could brag to his buddies on the force. And, he still wrote her a ticket. Damn, he was hard core dedicated to the job, wasn't he! LOL !! Obama has played at being a president while enjoying the perks … golf, insanely expensive vacations at tax-payer expense. He has ignored the responsibilities of the job; no plans, no budgets, no alternatives … just finger pointing; making him a complete failure as a president
