Opinions/Editorials Title: Do Courts Have Law Making Powers? Do Courts Have Law Making Powers? This sort of horsecrap is the subject of a booklet by former inmate John B. Kotmair, previously for sale via Save-a-Patriot Fellowship (SAPF), now only available for free. You can give this crap away for free. If you sell it and people believe it, and act on that belief, the courts act to shut the commercial effort down with an injunction. http://save-a-patriot.net/video/video.html NOTE: The items listed on this page are no longer available for sale due to the unconstitutional federal injunction in place against the Save-A-Patriot Fellowship. The following educational materials are available in digital format for download: Printed material Booklet: Do Courts Have Law Making Powers? Book: Piercing the Illusion The sale of the item is prohibited by court order. Giving it away is free speech. In an act of sheer judicial tyranny, flying in the face of the 1st Amendment, on December 4th of 2007 Senior District Judge William M. Nickerson upheld a permanent injunction against the Save-A-Patriot Fellowship ("SAPF"), forbidding that organization from disseminating information regarding the United States tax code. (SAPF additionally was enjoined from continuing the reimbursement, legal defense, and paralegal services previously made available to members who were fighting illegal tax collection.) Information pertaining to federal taxes has since that time been censored and unavailable on that organization's web site, www.save-a-patriot.org). A complete blow-by-blow reference to the court battle and ensuing tyrannical order may be found on the Save-A-Patriot site here. In order to keep this important information available to the public, this web site has been created. (Save-A-Patriot has announced that it will not be enforcing the copyright on its material in order to permit third parties to continue distributing it.) We have pieced together the complete, unexpurgated contents of the Save-A-Patriot site as it existed prior to the blatantly unconstitutional federal court injunction. As such it represents a snapshot in time dating to approximately mid-2007. NOTE: THIS HAS BEEN DONE INDEPENDENTLY BY CONCERNED CITIZENS, WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT OF THE SAVE-A-PATRIOT FELLOWSHIP. THIS WEB SITE IS COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT OF AND UNAFFILIATED WITH THE SAVE-A-PATRIOT FELLOWSHIP. On the SAPF website: http://www.save-a-patriot.org/ NOTE: DUE TO THE ABOVE COURT ORDER THE FOLLOWING BOOKLET IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. To understand this action please read the court pleadings found in the "DOJ Complaint" section of this website. Prompted by the Supreme Court's ourtrageous action, ignoring the actual language of the 5th Amendment by declaring that private property may be seized by government and turned over to private developers for their personal gain, and the long history of abusive federal case law, the Save-A-Patriot Fellowship's Fiduciary, John Baptist Kotmair, Jr., has written this comprehensive documentary of the actual jurisdictional authority of the federal courts. This treatise is not only an enlightening tool for the Patriot, but is ideal for dissemination to those many uninformed Americans who are not only shocked by this attack on private property, but also concerned about the possibility of their own property being in jeopardy. I read down to page 9 from that STP.org pdf. Comment here, on page 9, they mention about the Federal courts having limited powers because of matters concerning laws of each State and the Ten Commandments. First, the federal courts were designed to reflect upon Roman law, Commerce, Taxation, and even Bankruptcy. You don't mix Justinian law of Rome and proceedings with the Ten Commandments which is Jewish law handed down to the Jews by Moses. The Ten Commandments apply to a body of living people made in the image of God. The federal courts were made in the image of an emperor or imperialism.
