There are many people who want the United States to turn into anarchy. They would like nothing better than to see rioting in the streets and a general collapse of the American society. They see themselves as good American citizens.

I think you mistake the need to restore the Republic for anarchy.
What would you do with a termite ridden foundation? Would you not rip it out and replace it with one more likely to stand?

I tell most of the 3% to be prepared to fight, to kill and if needs be to die, but to the 97% I say, be prepared to leave the US and go else where.

Ditto here. The same people who would complain about posts on police bashing and with their unpopular opinions, are the same people who probably won't cover your back when this country turns into uncivil turmoil. I choose to fight for my inalienable rights rather than rely on an officer. From my experience in dealings with police corruption, I would say that only 20% are of upstanding people. I cannot say the same about the remaining 80% as their Fraternal Orders all protect them from personal liability when their people go beyond the scope of their duties. They believe they can get away with murder, theft, and even assaults on innocent people and their property.
For 2 1/2 years, I have been legally assisting a family member in a police misconduct case that almost costed this family member their life and real property. In trying to do the job as executor of the estate, the police barge in with no warrants to kidnap a family member and take their money and possessions and have them put in some psyche ward. The family attorney, myself, and the executor of the estate are working on filing lawsuits against the police, county and any other officials involved in this matter. So, you damn right I'm going to fight. If what I am doing is police bashing, then this country is not fit for anybody to live in anymore. The only people deemed fit to live in this country are pussies.
Bob, I know you mean well and all but when taking an oath of this measure, I need to remind you that you cannot serve God and Caesar's law. When you pledge an oath to the State, it is an oath to Caesar's Law. Proof of this lies in Title 10 Section 311 pertaining to classifications of the militias. Each State has a Governor who is in charge of deploying professional standing armies known as The National Guard. Any other militias within this section are classified as the able-bodied unprofessional standing armies not governed by the Governor. They are legal but outside the control of the Governor.
