Must be the Debbie Wasserman-Shultz fans leaving the DNC, and going to the Donald? They'll end up voting for Hillary or Gary Johnson by November, they're just blowing off steam by pretending to like the Trumpster. 0.2% surge! That's almost one quarter of a percentage point. What's the margin of error? ±3%?
Real Clear is a compilation of many surveys. So you can have a few outliers like a Dem poll to drag the numbers down. Or up. So being dead even given the polls slant demoncrat and Trump not having what constitutes a national campaign is darn good news for him.
Secondly go to the link. If you look at the polls after the convention Trump has a decent bump. There is one outlier having Hitlery up 5. You can throw that one out as a DNC funded poll.
This means nothing now. Trump is going to have go hard as hell after this bitch over the next 3 months. Gallup had Romney up by 7 in October 2012. Obama still won easily.

Romney tried selling 1993 HillaryCare, renamed Obama/RomneyCare. Now Trump is pushing the same Clinton plan. He's a surefire loser, like Mitt! If the voters want socialized medicine, they'll go to the inventor... Hillary Rodham-Clinton. 30k he says he has them and I don't doubt the russians have hacked her and all dem accounts. hillary pissed putin off by talking sh*t about his election back in 2011.
HillaryCare was single payer. It wasn't renamed anything.
Oddly, RCP doesn't give one; if one assumes that the number is a straight average of the polls listed at the top of the page, it works out to ±1.3%. A government strong enough to impose your standards is strong enough to ban them. What's your source on that DNC funding?
