Intent in no way factors into the applicable statute, 18 USC 793, nor does it mention the word “classified.” It’s all about information concerning the “national defense.” It is of no consequence that “Bill Weld has already declared Hillary to be free from criminal intent” since it is a jury and not a former governor who will best determine gross negligence on the facts of the case.
Forget "intent." Intent has nothing to do with the crime she may be charged with. See Post #14.
You'll have to settle for what opinions you can get since a jury will never get to hear the case. Your President Obama will give Hillary and her lesbian associates a pardon. I looked again at your post in response to this post. You misunderstood what I said, as you usually always do ... that happens often with closed minds. I was not defending Hillary or saying that the charges should not be there. I was merely pointing out that "intent" in not mentioned anywhere in the law. So when anyone says "she had no intent" ... that doesn't mean shit. She can still be charge without intent. Having explained this for your problematic reading comprehension ...
