sorry ,doesn't look like an honest mistake to me. She was head of the State Dept and their long standing policy was that normal day-to-day operations should be conducted on an authorized Automated Information System (AIS), which "has the proper level of security control to … ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the resident information. " The quote is in the State Dept OIG review of Evita's emails . The least damning explanation for her behavior is that she wanted a system outside the proper system so she could avoid having her emails subject to FOIA . The more probable reason for her taking such a risk is that she wanted to hide her criminal activites regarding a 'play for pay' relationship between the Clintoon foundation and donors and clients .As Sec State she could promise some big favors for the right price.
Her server was hacked ...she was aware of it ...and did not report it to computer security personnel . So it is clear that she was also trying to hide content from the State Dept. (and trust me ,it wasn't details of Chelsea's wedding she was trying to hide) . If she were not from the Clintoon crime family ;if she had an R next to her political affiliation ,then the whole weight of the government and the compliant press would've already crashed down on her . It is already a terrible indictment of the inequality of our justice system ,and the corruption inside our government ,that she is a presumptive nominee for the Presidency.

Indeed. Remember the CBS reporter who rented a home next to Palin's house? How the MSM picked apart Sarah Palin's background back to when she was President of the PTA? Or how the press jumped on Harry Reid's "I received an anonymous phone call Mitt Romney has not paid his taxes in years."
