FULL Gov. Gary Johnson INTERVIEW ON CNN "State of the Union" with Brianna Keilar (7/3/2016)
Poster Comment:
Gary Johnson's running mate, Bill Weld has already declared Hillary to be free from criminal intent.
All three of these pinheads are former Republican Governors.
It will be unfortunate for Hillary and her asshole apologists like you, Johnson pimp, that intent has nothing to do with her actions. Intent in no way factors into the applicable statute, 18 USC 793, nor does it mention the word classified. Its all about information concerning the national defense.
793 (f) specifically makes it a crime for anyone entrusted with any document or information relating to the national defense through gross negligence (to permit) the same to be removed from its proper place of custody.
It is of no consequence that Bill Weld has already declared Hillary to be free from criminal intent since it is a jury and not a former governor who will best determine gross negligence on the facts of the case.
I looked again at your post in response to this post.
You misunderstood what I said, as you usually always do ... that happens often with closed minds.
I was not defending Hillary or saying that the charges should not be there. I was merely pointing out that "intent" in not mentioned anywhere in the law. So when anyone says "she had no intent" ... that doesn't mean shit. She can still be charge without intent.
Having explained this for your problematic reading comprehension ... I still feel that Obama has put the word out to the AG that she is not to be charged.
