Gary Johnson's running mate, Bill Weld has already declared Hillary to be free from criminal intent.
All three of these pinheads are former Republican Governors.
It's like the degrees of murder. If you plan to murder and do it, it's first degree. If it's an accident it's a lesser crime. Perhaps more like negligent homicide. Like running over a few kids, while searching for a religious broadcast on the radio. ;)
IMO Hillary was running a bathroom based email server to cover up some crimes she was planning, which indicates intent. How long has it been since the Department of State and the CIA weren't planning crimes? Probably long before I was born.
