See white persian cat petter, Kool-Aid server and drinker Robin, Admin of the People's Forum play the RACE CARD from the bottom of a "brace" box for BARACK OBAMA in this People's Forum thread: http://www.the-peoples-forum.com/cgi-bin/readart.cgi?ArtNum=4701
And now I bring my special guest and deputy Marshal M. T. Hotherp on board to explain what a "brace" box means.
Let me start out by saying that despite all the poker games that you see in Western movies the actual top gambling game of the Fontier days was Faro, a type of roulete or chuck 'a" cuck played with cards delt from a dealing box or "shoe" rather than dice or a wheel and ball. Here is an example of game of Faro being played in an Old West Saloon:
Well. one of the features of Faro that really rankled the bankers of the game (Known as Faro banks) was that Faro (also known as Buck the Tiger in the West) had a very low house percentage or "edge" relative to roulette, wheels of chance, chuck 'a' luck, grand hazard (kind of a mix of roulette and chuck 'a' luck) and other banking saloon/casion games. Therefore Faro bankers used dealing boxes or "shoes" designed for enough of an ability to cheat to boost the "house edge" to that of the other saloon/casino games when played honestly. This cheating type of dealing box is the "brace" box that Taipan's title for this post refers to.
