This is actually a perfect microcosm of why black people will never rise out of their low social standing:
When their lowlives do wrong, they don't handle their own. Whites, Asians, and (most)Hispanics in America have plenty of miscreants, but when they act out, members of their own social group penalize and correct them in some way, mostly through the family unit, but also at the community level. Black people have been conditioned by the liberal elite for decades that they are a protected class and that their malevolent behavior is not a product of their own wrongdoing, but societies wrongdoing to them.
