I talked with a Mexican guy who explained it to me. I guess I probably knew this already, but it was good to here somebody on the inside confirm it. It is wealthy Americans who hire illegal immigrants. Oh, it's not just some fat cat at the top calling the shots. It's a conglomeration of a number of different individuals and companies with common interests. They partner together. They typically subcontract to companies or "hiring consultants" for labor. These contracted personnel are legal Latinos. The Americans make sure that these people are legal. However, they then wash their hands of anything these subcontractors do. The subcontractors then hire mostly illegals. These jobs don't pay well. It's not much more than minimum wage, and it is hard work. However, it is all cash under the table that the Americans have left for the Latinos to deal with. They claim ignorance about the pay methods. It's not easy to find these jobs though. They are not advertised, and Latinos don't even want many other Latinos to know about them, as it means a less chance they can keep their work. The workers have no idea who they are really working for. They are happy with the arrangement, though.

A government strong enough to impose your standards is strong enough to ban them. I always laugh when some politicians stands up and says we need more roads, bridges or whatever public works. Full well knowing all those jobs will be filled by subs who just happen to be illegal aliens. They get around checks by using subcontractors. Illegals were to replace blacks as low skill workers, break unions and boost the bottom line of the global corporations that sit in Connecticut or NYC. I stopped doing knew construction because they pay workers half what you should pay. Thats if you get paid at all. I find GC's to be some of the sleaziest people ever born.
There are secret channels to get these jobs. You cant just walk up to a hirer and ask for a job. You have to be referred by a trusted worker. It's hard work, but once you are on the inside, you have guaranteed work and money. Obama has played at being a president while enjoying the perks … golf, insanely expensive vacations at tax-payer expense. He has ignored the responsibilities of the job; no plans, no budgets, no alternatives … just finger pointing; making him a complete failure as a president
