Applications are being accepted for an apprenticeship with the Canary Clan.

The full requirements set for this position are very stringent and listed below.
If you possess all of the qualifications listed, then apply to: PM Gatlin.
Special waiver requests will be considered for exigent circumstances – Limit 3.

Irrelevant to the current context - one can say "a rational candidate" but one can't grammatically say "a patience candidate". Not that I'm aware of. I realize my voice has power to be the greatest singularly force available to humanity, the spoken words. I choose to use this powerful force of spoken words constructively to give encouragement and never destructively using words of despair as you always do. Words have energy to supply power and the ability to help, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble. Spoken words are also important to you, hondope … you should stop and consider the words you utter. You need to discipline yourself to speak in a way that conveys respect, gentleness and humility.

Thanks for the link! Under that reading, all the elements on your list may be (functionally) nouns ... but they're still not parallel: "rational" fits the template "candidates who may be described as" whereas "patience" fits the different template ""candidates who possess the quality of".
