"I think it's a great time to start a mortgage company," ... "the real estate market is going to be very strong for a long time to come. Who know more about financing than me?" -- Donald Trump.
WHY TRUMP MORTGAGE FAILED AND WHY IT'S IMPORTANT TO YOU.

"Sometimes by losing a battle you find a new way to win the war.” ~ Donald Trump.

Some business “wars” that Trump won:

Grand Hyatt Hotel
Trump bought the former Commodore Hotel, which had fallen into relative disrepair, from Penn Central Railroad in 1974 and after six years of construction, the Grand Hyatt Hotel debuted. Smack dab in the heart of New York City, with the image of Grand Central reflected off its glass façade, the 34-story hotel is still booming business today.

Trump Tower
Trump broke ground on his now-famous 48-story Trump Tower in 1980. The luxury high-rise opened in 1983 and, with upscale restaurants and stores located in the mostly residential building, is still highly sought after real estate.

Wollman Rink
Trump renovated Wollman Rink in 1986 after contacting Mayor Ed Koch and offering to complete the renovation for $3 million. He finished the project on time and $750,000 under budget. Wollman Rink remains a Central Park fixture with more than 5 million annual visitors.

40 Wall Street
Trump purchased the building in 1995 for $1 million and renovated it for $35 million. Today, 40 Wall Street, one of the tallest office buildings in downtown New York, is worth over $500 million.

Trump Place
After years of negotiations, Trump finally broke ground on Trump Place, the gargantuan housing development along the Hudson River. The development includes 25 acres of open space and 5,700 apartments housed in 18 residential buildings.

The Apprentice
The Apprentice premiered on NBC in 2004 to great ratings. Trump served as not only the host but also the executive producer, raking in $1 million per episode. The show was successful enough that it inspired a spinoff, The Celebrity Apprentice.

Trump International Tower Chicago
Trump bought the former Chicago Sun-Times headquarters in 2005 for $73 million and converted it into the second tallest building in Chicago. It houses a hotel, condos, restaurants and shops, and was named Travel+Leisure’s best large city hotel in North America in 2010.

Trump never looks back at failures and neither should you. You should look forward and recognize that Trump embodies the purity of a certain kind of bold, no-apologies approach. It is time to stop trying to be a smartass and look very seriously at the Trump candidacy. The rise of Donald Trump is not at all surprising. He is at the head of a very angry movement consisting of scores of millions of Americans who feel their country has been taken from them and mismanaged.

You are frenzied with your misplaced animosity towards Trump, and your hysteria is becoming extremely vociferous and utterly desperate as he steps outside the normal parameters of political discourse. Your wild posts conjure up the picture of you foaming at the mouth. Your stupid cartoon gif mocking Trump and your preoccupation with unserious matters are simplistic and moronic.

Some of you Paultards are so desperate and can think of no way to stop the Trump movement that the only thing you can do is continually accuse Trump of being on the brink of fascism. You do so while not stopping to realize that fascists are identified with the lawlessness, mob rule, racism, physical intimidation and the violent overthrow of democracy … none of which Trump supports of advocates. You are just frightened little people shooting off your mouths out of ignorance.

It must be a real shitting feeling for you to be a such a fatalist with the burdensome load to carry realizing that no matter what you or anyone does, the morbid outcome will be the same because it’s predetermined. But, don’t feel alone because there are other fatalists on the forum who also share your sense of being completely powerless to change the world. Well, never fear because the ole sarge is here to tell you there is hope for you. It is time for you to shake your fatalistic attitude and realize that no problem is too large to solve … and Trump is “the man” to solve large problems.

Trump has been handling these problems for years. Trump will handle the too large government by downsizing all federal departments and cut the most harmful programs that have been causing spending to rise, making deficits chronic and have forced accumulated debt to reach dangerous levels … all of which are undermining our economic growth and will probably push our nation into a financial crisis. Economic growth will result from the federal spending cuts. These cuts will give people more freedom and better control over their lives and a byproduct will be the reduction of the massive amount of regulations that come with large spending programs. Donald Trump with his business expertise is the man to handle this.

It is time for you to get on board the Donald Trump success train that is leaving the station now … “All Aboard!”

I have not visited the salt mines, but I know Salzburg and Austria very well. I was stationed just East of Salzburg for 2 years. Starting in 1965, My wife I visited Europe for a month almost every summer for 20 years, spending the majority of the time in Austria. The lake area, Salzkammergut , in the Alps below Salzburg is one of our favorite spots.

Trump or Clinton. That's the choice your fellow "countrymen" have presented you with. America is dead. A vote for the wicked witch will finish her off. A vote for Trump is a hail mary. It's all we have.

Trump says "Why can't we be friends with Russia?" Who else has said that?
