Calling someone a "fascist" has been an all-purpose misapplied insult for many years now. It has a real definition and Trump doesn't qualify. Trump doesn't want to overthrow the existing democratic system. He doesn't want to scrap the Constitution. He doesn't use violence itself as a vital cleansing agent of society.
Ergo, Donald Trump is not a fascist. He a right-wing populist.
