This is very disturbing to see a vet who has served his country homeless. Meanwhile, we put our priorities towards letting in all these refugees and Somalians give them a home, foodstamps, and even schooling.

When I see how she abandoned our servicemen in Benghazi, it reminds me of how Hanoi Jane betrayed our servicemen.
The focus is on "homeless" veterans. Not many outreach programs designed that *prevent* homelessness among vets that I can find. Apparently you have to hit rock bottom before the cavalry arrives. Families of veterans seem to fare a lot worse, since those are the ones that fall the farthest. Often times the struggles that our vets face are the events that break their families apart. There is little help for the suddenly unemployed. If you lose the roof over your head and the ability to feed hungry mouths, what little do you have left to offer? Having some of the problems veterans have only compound the situation. I should know, I am going through those struggles now. I guess I should shut up since the US GrubberMint puts more emphasis on foreigners than those that have fought for its lands, borders, and freedom. ***If we really want to be great again, go ask Uncle Sam to get back on our side of the border, get out of our wallets, get out of our papers and property, get out of our bodies, and get out of our way.***

And Jane was just a stupid young woman, not a government official. Had Jane taken the other view, she couldn't have done much to change the circumstances of American captives. By contrast, Hillary Clinton was an aged and experienced Secretary of State, with full - indeed plenary - power to direct that security be provided, to proactively take steps. She didn't, and she didn't accept responsibility for what happened either. Hillary is really far worse than Hanoi Jane.
Somewhat analogous. As much as I dislike Hillary, she & Hanoi Jane are a real pair. They both should be hung in public, and left there until the birds have eaten everything but the bones. Oh contraire. Jane and her little band of protestors received a list of American prisoners from the North Vietnamese. They compiled complete dossiers on the men, biographical info back to their grade school days. I met an officer, Maj Rowe, at Fort Belvoir in the 70's. When he was captured, he was a 2nd Lt, was a prisoner for 7 years. He made up a complete false history. He had told them that he was not really a professional soldier, but actually a "celebrity" engineer. He remembered some bridging formulas from Engineering class to carry it off. They were familiar with Elvis Presley being a celebrity inductee, so they bought it. So they left him alone for a number of years. After Hanoi Jane gave them his complete history, they beat on him for days. And many other abuses. They confronted him with the fact that he had graduated from West Point, and was in fact a career Army Officer, quoted his class standing, recited his history all the way back to grade school, etc, etc. Shame, he made it to bird Colonel, and was assassinated by muzzies in the Philippines back in the 80's. I loath Hanoi Jane, and am greatly surprised that some Viet Nam Vet has not taken her out. I am sure that she has her own spot in the eternal Lake of Fire! I will shed no tears when she is gone!
