BREAKING: New Game-Changing Poll Shows Ted Cruz CLOBBERING Trump By Double Digits in Indiana!!

A new poll is out today, and the results are great news for Ted Cruz, #nevertrump, and basically America in general. Ted Cruz is slaughtering Trump with a double-digit lead.

From The Hill:

The Texas senator leads the real estate mogul 45 percent to 29 percent among registered voters, according to a poll by the Mike Downs Center for Indiana Politics.

Let’s repeat that: 45 to 29 percent. That’s a 16 point lead. The poll was released in Indiana on Friday afternoon, and is widely respected in the state.

Terre-Haute, Indiana’s Tribune Star reports:

The Downs Center commissioned a statewide poll to target likely voters in the Democratic and Republican primary elections on May 3. “The polling uses head-to-head race results as well as the strength of support and characteristics of candidates’ supporters,” the release stated. “It is important to note that the results reflect a snapshot in time of Hoosier attitudes in a period with very fluid campaign events. The poll’s margin of error is 4.9 percent.”

The result, of course, is well outside the margin of error of 4.9% and has a 95% level of confidence. Basically even if it were off by 4.9%, it would STILL be a double-digit lead for Cruz. It differs from the polls conducted by national outfits, both in result and intent. From the pollster’s release:

The Mike Downs Center for Indiana Politics is a non-partisan organization that helps the people of Indiana understand the role of politics and government in their daily lives. By doing this, The Mike Downs Center hopes to encourage participation in political and public processes the same way its namesake, Professor Michael C. Downs, did for more than 34 years. The Mike Downs Center is located on the campus of Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW).

The Mike Downs Center website would suggest that the Center has been in hibernation since 2011 and just awakened in time to release this craptastic survey for Lyin' Ted Cruz.

Remember Caleb. Remember Red State.

And when this doesn't happen and Trump wins, if those names ever appear again, ridicule them, and whoever posts them.

I'm not sure what to make of these polls right now. There were supposedly campaign internal polls showing Trump up by double digits. I guess we'll see.

Obama has played at being a president while enjoying the perks … golf, insanely expensive vacations at tax-payer expense. He has ignored the responsibilities of the job; no plans, no budgets, no alternatives … just finger pointing; making him a complete failure as a president

The voters may have discovered that Trump loves Hillary?

Donald just thinks the Clinton's are terrific. A vote for Trump, is a vote for Bill & Hillary.

A vote for Trump, is a vote for Bill & Hillary.

If you believe that, you should have no objection to a majority of the votes and the electoral college going to Trump in November.

My Solution for Atrocious Polling

May 02, 2016

[transcript excerpt]

They've got Trump leading by nine in this poll. But then again over there you got NBC where Trump's leading by 15, which everybody for Trump wants to believe.

Then you got the local Indiana poll which has Cruz leading by 16. Mike Downs. I've heard of Mike Downs. (interruption) You haven't heard of Mike Downs? (interruption) . You never heard of Mike Downs? (interruption) I've heard of Mike Downs because I'm a powerful, influential member of the media, and I've been to Indiana. I've been to Colts games Indiana. I've played golf at a number of courses, at Fort Wayne, Fuzzy Zoeller's course.

Mike Downs is dead. He died in 2001 and remains dead. He was dead when a center for the study of state and local politics was founded using his name. Mike Downs "was actually technologically challenged (or at least he pretended to be)."

https://www.ipfw.edu/departments/coas/coe/mike-downs-ctr.html

After Mike Downs passed away in January of 2001, a group of his friends, colleagues, and family were trying to think of an appropriate way to honor the 34+ years he had spent serving IPFW and the Fort Wayne area. The challenge was to come up with something that combined the different ways in which Mike touched people's lives. For some, Mike touched their lives as a teacher. Mike touched other lives by providing invaluable advice on political matters. Still others were touched by the fact that he treated all people with dignity and respect and expected others to do the same.

The group also thought about how Mike was often on the cutting edge. He was one of the first faculty members to suggest to students that they enter the infant field of geographic information systems. He was one of the first faculty members to consistently teach courses on College Access Television. He even taught one of the first classes offered via the Internet at IPFW. What makes all of these accomplishments so humorous is that Mike was actually technologically challenged (or at least he pretended to be).

A final component that had to be incorporated was Mike's love of history, reading, and the arts. Students from Mike's Indiana State Politics class can remember reading selections from Jean Shepherd (Shepherd's book In God We Trust, All Others Pay Cash is the basis for the movie A Christmas Story.)

The only way to incorporate all of this in an appropriate way was to create a center for the study of state and local politics that was accessible to scholars, students, politicians, and people seeking to understand politics and government. Remarkably this is the first center devoted to studying the politics of a particular state and so Mike is on the cutting edge again.

Im sure he can not wait til the primaries are over so he can focus like I hope the rest of the GOP on kicking the living snot out of Hildabeast!

All I can say is are we done yet!!!!!

I think Rush is being as fair as one can be in his position.

Rush has been shilling for Ted Cruz since the establishment desired shilling for Ted Cruz. The establishment has dumped Ted Cruz and Rush is stuck with the nonsense he has spouted.

I've heard of Mike Downs because I'm a powerful, influential member of the media, and I've been to Indiana.

The guy's has been dead 15 years, and was dead before the center was founded. The Indiana poll is the only thing they have published since 2011. The center was almost as dead as Mike Downs.

Rush has been shilling for Ted Cruz since the establishment desired shilling for Ted Cruz.

Unless Rush started today this isn't true. I have listen to Rush off and on for 20+ years. He has never endorsed a candidate that I know of and said he would not earlier this year. He has been fair and balanced as a political talk show person can. I have listen to Cruz supports rip into Rush for being anti Cruz and I have listen to Trump supporters rip into Rush for being anti Trump.

I like both Trump and Cruz. I am a Cruz supporter but I have no problem voting for Trump. Both camps have gotten a little too personal and vicious towards each other.

The only 2 candidates who have been anti establishment are Trump and Cruz but when you listen to supporters on each side you would swear they were talking about Hillary.

I know one thing I can't wait till its over because my head is about to explode!!
