Trump won a pile of states, today. Does anyone know how this is possible? I wouldn't vote for him with a ten foot pole and his authocracy about "experts" running the country with no obvious plans other than his "experts" are trusted and hand selected friends. Anyways... goto ... Trump Speaks the same ol' stuff" and deal with about 1 hour and 19 minutes of BS into the video into this presentation.

http://www.politico.com/2016-election/results/delegate-count-tracker

Trump has 950 bound delegates with 623 remaining.

Trump needs 287 to get to 1,237.

Trump needs 287/623 or 46.06% of the remaining bound delegates. He has just won 6 consecutive primaries with greater than 55%.

Trump's 950 total does not include any of the unbound PA delegates who will vote for Trump. Trump won every congressional district by double digits.

Bye bye Ted.

I think you have to acknowledge the eastern half of the country is pro Trump, he has won in almost all of the eastern states, and it would seem he has gathered momentum, he now has a strong chance of winning the nomination, that said, it could be that in an election there could be a sufficient backlash to elect Hilliary, who certainly has strong support among democrats.

"Bill to restore Colorado presidential primary is before lawmakers

Measure would allow unaffiliated voters into the 2020 party-nominee process

By Joey Bunch The Denver Post

Legislation to restore a presidential primary in Colorado passed its first committee hurdle Monday, as lawmakers race to get it done by the end of the session May 11.

House Bill 1454 would allow every voter — even those registered as unaffiliated with a party — to cast a mail ballot in a presidential primary in 2020. Coloradans would have their first presidential primary since 2000, before the state returned to the caucus system in 2004.

The House State, Veterans and Military Affairs Committee voted 5-4 along party lines, with Republicans in opposition.

Under the bill, unaffiliated voters would pick which party's ballot they wish to receive, then that temporary affiliation would go away 30 days after the vote.

"My members have overwhelmingly told me they want a presidential primary," said Steve House, chairman of the state Republican Party, stressing it opposes open primaries and would retain the caucus for local races and delegates.

A group called Let Colorado Vote is proposing a ballot initiative to allow unaffiliated voters to vote in every race and receive ballots from major parties.

"I think the proposed system is infinitely better than the system that has gone through my office during the ballot-title setting that would involve sending everyone multiple ballots," said Secretary of State Wayne Williams.

Republican Reps. Justin Everett of Littleton and Patrick Neville of Castle Rock said the bill aimed at appeasing special interests behind the ballot initiative.

The measure maintains the current caucus system to select delegates to the national conventions for both parties.

The delegates are awarded to the candidates according to national party rules, either proportionally based on the vote or winner take all, largely depending on when the primary is held. The delegates are bound to the candidate on the first ballot only.

yes indeed . He is an eastern limosine liberal GOP establishment type . However ; in NY Evita + Boleshevik Bernie combined for almost 2 million votes. But in one of the biggest GOP turnouts for a Repub primary in NY history ,the combined totals of Trump ,Cruz ,and Kasich was about 800,000. Does anyone really believe the GOP candidate will win any of the states that had primaries yesterday ? .....oh maybe there is an outside chance of Pennsylvania ... but no other .

I'm listening to Trump on C-Span give one heck of a great speech. It was his best yet, and very, very presidential. He sounded like RR.

“Could anything be more improbable than that a religion following a man born of an unwed mother among a widely despised people in an out-of-the-way part of the world—a man then crucified by the ruling authorities on a charge of treason—should become the official religion of the Roman world, the formative influence on Western civilization, and a significant influence in other parts of the world? That is the story to be told.”

Let the drug loving libtards spit in anger.

Oh - the irony!

During a luncheon hosted by the Miami Herald in April 1990, Trump slammed U.S. drug enforcement policy as “a joke,” and argued that tax dollars from a legalized, regulated narcotics industry could be spent on programs educating Americans about the dangers of drugs and addiction.

“We’re losing badly the war on drugs,” he said, rightly so, to the crowd of 700 people. “You have to legalize drugs to win that war. You have to take the profit away from these drug czars.”

Trump was inspired to weigh in on the drug war partly due to the fact that “South Florida has such a huge problem with drugs,” he said. During the Miami Herald luncheon, he blamed America’s drug problems on politicians who “don’t have any guts” to address the issue.

And there are no personal principles towards the US Constitution; Trump suggests the little set simple ideas of cool American GREATNESS: make money. Since Trump doesn't suggest anything about the US Constitution, according to you ... Lets excuse EVERYTHING AWAY.

BTW, have you make any money with your awesome background of potatoe peelin'?

Boaz also pointed out that Trump recently voiced his support for medical marijuana, and that when asked about Colorado, the 2016 GOP contender essentially said that states should be able to decide on legalizing recreational weed. “That actually puts him on the liberal wing of Republican presidential candidates in terms of drug policy,” Boaz continued.

“I’m much more surprised that [Trump] ever got it right than I am that he’s getting it wrong now,” Matt Welch, editor in chief of Reason magazine, wrote in an email. “Probably goes to show that if you spend decades just mindlessly and confidently blurting out whatever comes to mind, you’ll eventually hit on the right answer. Though the fact that even Donald freaking Trump has more history of being right on the Drug War than Hillary Clinton should be deeply embarrassing for America.”

Trump suggests the little set simple ideas of cool American GREATNESS: make money.

Trump (nor any of the other candidates for that matter) have NEVER even mentioned the encroaching police state, mass surveillance, or any other issue concerned with freedom or liberty.

That fact alone is enough to to know what his agenda will be.

More militarized cops, more cameras, more unconstitutional check-points - more police state.

And his "Make America Great Again" mantra is just as empty and meaningless as Obama's "Hope and Change".

Pandering pablum for the peons.

I admit I underestimated the number of fools that have moved to the south from the northeast.

That's true to some extent, but It's hardly the main dynamic affecting things. Clinton won several southern states when he was running that I doubt he would win today. I can't say I know what Trump will or will not do, but the people who like him like him because he speaks his mind without the use of a teleprompter or advisor's scripted talking points and those people like what they hear. Southerners, Northerners, and others.

Obama has played at being a president while enjoying the perks … golf, insanely expensive vacations at tax-payer expense. He has ignored the responsibilities of the job; no plans, no budgets, no alternatives … just finger pointing; making him a complete failure as a president

Ahhhh, but that was the obsolete Donald 1.0. We are now up to Donald 10.0,and this model reads speeches written by others, and took a sharp turn left.

Of course,he doesn't have to worry about not getting the southern votes now, does he? He has his focus on winning the big one in Ca,where things like transgender public restrooms are desirable.

Even when he made those cryptic comments about restrooms, he wasn't speaking from script. He just said people should go to the the appropriate restroom and it really hasn't been a problem.

He also made it plain in plain language after being directed asked if he would have problems with a transgender person using the rest room of their choice in the Trump Tower, and he plainly said "No,I wouldn't."

Yea, of course. I make money through the use of everything I have learned in life.

The potato peeling experience taught me how to slice away the bad stocks and then mash the successful stocks together for profitable consolidation.

I just returned from the RR dealership after having my vehicle serviced and when I checked my brokerage account, I let out a big “WAHOO!”

To appreciate that feeling, you need to look at the list of stocks I posted to you yesterday and check their performance for the past five days. I am up over five percent today alone.

BTW, What did your "huff and puff stinky weed" stock in Canada do this morning?

As a additional benefit from my experience in spuds peeling, I know how to slice you into little bits to get under your “thin potato skin” and obviously bug the Hell outta you. I confess, I chuckle each time I do that.

Let’s keep in touch, Robert … and in the meantime, laissez les bon temps roulez (let the good times roll).

You have a good day, ya hear ... Bobby boy!

I see no quotation marks around that statement!!!

BTW - What do you have against "states rights?"

You don't believe that states should decide on these types of legislation and that the federal government should dictate everything to the states???

As disgusted as I am about the idea of transgendered bathrooms, I have to admit that never one time have I personally ever seen it be an issue in real life.

He was speaking extemporaneously and just didn't want to delve into the issue much. Everybody is looking for verbal gotcha moments against Trump, and he hasn't been avoiding the minefields. He is on his on and has to be careful where he steps.
