So, there was an assistant coach with an outside issue that was involved with activities unrelated to his employer. His boss may have had suspicions, but no formal charges had been filed. So his boss withheld judgment and let the police do their job. Eventually the police indicted. I think Paterno did the right thing by withholding judgment. Crucifying him after the fact is politically correct, and I don't care about what is politically correct.
