He has said for the past several years, as long as I have been paying attention to him as a politician, that he is pro-life, but he believes that there must be exceptions for the life of the mother, and for rape and incest. This week, with Trump's win in New York, he made it clear that HIS position will be what it has been: pro- life with life, rape and incest exceptions.
