Chances are, youre done with the dirty business this year, or laying low in hopes that you arent audited or flat out persecuted. If not, the clock is quickly ticking.
But it is worth pointing out once again the many ways in which the federal tax scheme in the United States is illegal.
Moreover, the spending by the Federal government and the role of the Federal Reserve in issuing money create overlapping levels of evil that have driven the American people into mere serfs albeit with cool toys and great TV reception.
Former IRS Special Agent Joe Bannister explains to CNBC what he found out about the reality of the tax code:
Essentially, its many pages are a work of legal fiction, operating under color of law and used to oppress the people, and separate established wealth from everyone else.
Bannister argues that by the books, the incomes of most Americans are not subject to the tax code, but the use of intimidation and nebulous code language has prevented the vast majority from discovering the truth.
In this vintage clip, then-Congressman Ron Paul argues that the 16th Amendment wasnt properly ratified, leaving the 1913 law dubious at best.
Nonetheless, the use of intimidation and the custom of death and taxes has left millions and millions of people guilty until proven innocent, often labeled as tax cheats who are targeted without due process and with police state vengeance now, they are attaining the power to revoke your passport if you dont pay what they say you owe!
Will the American people ever be free from the burden of illegal taxation?
The late Aaron Russo, who produced several classic Hollywood films, put it all out in his documentary America: Freedom vs. Fascism.
If you havent seen it, Russo digs into the questions behind the questions and exposes the naked fraud that is holding America hostage.
This is a must see documentary and one to share with friends and family while they still have the nations ridiculous and obscene tax burden on their minds.
Make no mistake simply knowing about this information will not protect you. As Russo has noted, the system is very much like a mob. If you dont pay, they might hurt you, fine you, penalize you or even jail you. But none of that makes it right, fair or legal.
April 15th should be a reminder of how little freedom is left in the nation that so-often prides itself on being the leader of the free world but the last thing Washington would ever do is let people be.
" the last thing Washington would ever do is let people be. "
Yep !

Yes, paying taxes is not required on wages. Yes, you will likely go to prison for not paying. Yes, you may go to prison for telling others it is theft by those that pay their assassins and jailers quite well. Their spouses and children even collect money until they pass away. Why wouldn't they kill or jail whomever the government says to? It is generational security for them, and slavery for the masses.
Yes, paying taxes is not required on wages. Yes, you will likely go to prison for not paying. Yes, you may go to prison for telling others it is theft by those that pay their assassins and jailers quite well.
So, in other words, paying taxes on wages IS required, unless you want to go to jail.
Just like obeying the speed limit, not drinking when driving, not trafficking drugs, not carrying guns into schools, and all of those other impositions that some folks resent and say are "unconstitutional", but that are really just laws, enforced and upheld by the courts.
When it comes to sacred Scripture, one really can point to certain things that God said, then point to what organized Churches do and say "No, that is against the law of God", and be correct.
But when speaking of written legal documents that all stem from government and are interpreted by government in light of the Constitution and judicial precedent and law and regulation and administrative action, well, there you're dealing with what is.
It would be interesting if the Constitution were like the Bible - a set of precepts that came from God and that can mean whatever an individual interprets it to mean - and that individual may be right if he is truly in communication with God. But the Constitution is nothing like that. It's a set of laws, written long long ago, by men who were divided as to its meaning even back then. People who believe in the Bible may not accept that the Curia of the Catholic Church really has the final say on what it means, but for Americans and the Constitution the Supreme Court DOES have the final say as to what it really means, and they always have had that say.
The Supreme Court has said, over and over again, that the income tax is constitutional. Which means that it is. Maybe no Church has the power to assert definitively what the Bible means, because there is God above who may differ, but the Supreme Court has plenary and final power to say what the Constitution means, because there is no power above it.
A former IRS agent disagrees. He is wrong by definition.
If you believe that the Constitution is one thing, and the Supreme Court says its another thing, then you're wrong.
The Court can be politically captured and change its mind, and then whatever new thing they say is the law until they say something else. But that's the way it is.
One can properly argue against the MORALITY of the tax code. One can argue that it should be changed. One can argue that its impacts are noxious to the economy. And all of that may well be true.
But if one argues that the tax code is unconstitutional, one is simply wrong, because the Supreme Court has said otherwise, and that's the end of the argument in our system.
To change that answer, you have to change the Supreme Court.
" in other words, paying taxes on wages IS required, unless you want to go to jail. "
Yeah, just like paying protection money to Vito is required, unless you want your legs broke.
