Where I come from petty crime is perpertrated by the black population who are, as in your country, over represented in the prison population and they only represent 2-5% of the population, however the professional criminal class seems to be drawn from the immigrant population, lebanese and italian and other southern european. We have yet to observe the result of allowing Iraqi, Afghan and Syrian immigration but past experience suggests lack of assimilation and drift to crime. If seems that most persons associated with crimes of violence have muslim names. I understand why Donald wants to lock the door, I feel the same way myself some times, however the real problem is with the people you already have and disadvantage plays a major role. Anyhow,the report I read had the King borrowing money from a Jewish banker that could manage to arrange the loan with other Jewish bankers in other countries,and the deal would be he would be paid back with interest from the looted treasuries of France,and then he and his family would be put on a boat and sent to mainland Europe along with the money. This was a known condition of the deal,and Jewish witnesses had to see the banker and his family setting sail or the King would have never been able to ever borrow any money again. What ended up happening was the ship sailed around until low tide when a sand bar in the English Channel was dry,and then they put the Jewish banker and his family in a row boat,and left them stranded on the sand bar until the tide came in and drowned them. The chests with the gold came back to England,and were landed and unloaded secretly. So it is really more of a "which came first,the chicken or the egg" thing when it comes to devious dealings in Olde Europe. Let's face it,most of the Royalty of Europe were scum squared and the Jews had no choice but to do business with them. What happened to people in medieval Europe that said "No!" to Kings? So the Jewish bankers made the loans to keep from being murdered,and then if the King or the other Royal didn't pay it back with interest as agreed,the bankers had to get their money back by squeezing it out of the Gentile merchant classes. Also,the Jews were pretty much forced to live in Jewish ghettos by Royalty,and then the common people like the Gentile Merchants resented them for being "stand offish and sticking with their kind".
