If there was justice in the world Demetria McKaig would be swinging from a rope. She should be tried for murder then executed. She would be shot in the head or hung from a rope or given a lethal dose of drugs. That way this piece of shit wouldn't be breathing anymore. Wouldn't be murdering or helping someone ,murder anymore.

Oh, in a country where a guy drinks and drives and gets in an accident can sue the bartender, the bar, and the owner of the bar, I'd say that the girl's mother would sue -- among many others -- the guidance counselor who went behind the mother's back and made it possible for her 15-year-old daughter to have an abortion.
Had the daughter gone straight to the judge herself, I'd agree with you.
Let's remember ... my premise was "if the girl had died from the abortion".
No difference. The judge enabled it, not the counselor.
