Sabre rattling has reached new heights as the North Koreans chuck a tantrum because their threats are not taken seriously and someone wants to take their toys away. Once again we move closer to war on the Korean pensinula, a result of not finishing off the cold war conflict. A world tired of war can be excused for taking the easy way out, but a ceasation of hostilities does not mean the war is over, at least not in the minds of one of the belligerants. the proof of statesmanship will be seen in the way world leaders respond and threats of nuclear war from the Dump will be unhelpfull
