MATTHEWS March 18, 2016 2:18 p.m. ET Donald Trump and his real-estate school are headed toward a potentially unprecedented trial this year that could feature the Republican presidential front-runner taking the stand, barring a surprise ruling from a New York state judge or a last-minute settlement. Justice Cynthia Kern could decide in a hearing scheduled for April whether to hold a trial over allegations by the New York Attorney General that Trump University fraudulently bilked students out of a collective $40 million. Mr. Trump is a defendant in the case....

I forget, was (D-)onald (D-)rumpf pretending to be a Republican or Democrat in 2013?

Hmmm,that might keep him in the race against his will. If he is the alleged Republican nominee,the RNC will get a law passed setting aside any trial until after the election,and if he wins,until after he has served out his term of office. The chances of a former US president being forced to testify in court of being convicted of fraud are less than zero. Every judge that draws a breath dreams of a higher office,and all of them know issuing a subpoena to a former president would be the death of any jurist career. ISLAM MEANS SUBMISSION! Why is democracy held in such high esteem when it’s the enemy of the minority and makes all rights relative to the dictates of the majority? (Ron Paul,2012) American Indians had open borders. Look at how well that worked out for them.
