Even most stupid people have a certain amount of free will unless they are drunk or high. BUT.....,every act has an opposite and equal action,and Trump the Terrible is always running his punk ass about punching people out,and telling his supporters in public they need to do just that. He has even told them he will pay their attorney fees if they are arrested. Anybody that goes that far has to share SOME of the blame.
