Lawyer: 'Pawn Stars' star to fight felony drug, gun
This Clark County Detention Center photo, provided by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, shows Austin Lee Russell, 33, of Las Vegas, on Wednesday, March 9, 2016. Russell is known as Chumlee to viewers of the reality cable TV show "Pawn Stars." Russell was being held in a Las Vegas jail late Wednesday, following his arrest on weapon and multiple drug charges, after officers serving a warrant at his home in a sexual assault investigation found methamphetamine, marijuana and at least one gun.
LAS VEGAS (AP) The lawyer representing "Pawn Stars" reality TV star "Chumlee" says he'll fight felony weapon and drug charges and sex assault allegations if they're filed.
Defense attorney David Chesnoff told The Associated Press on Thursday that he's "looking forward to the truthful conclusion" of the case against Austin Lee Russell

Why do they need a search warrent for a sexual abuse case which they seemed to have forgotten about?
News flash, guns aren't illegal and niether is having marijuana, the search warrent wasn't even about drugs so why did they bust him?
The only abuse I see here is the police using a sexual assault search warrent to bust someone for something that is totally unrelated.
So much for the constitution and the bill of rights.
Lets face it, these fascist neocons won't be happy until half the damn country is either in prison or on welfare and food stamps.
Save your libtarded speech for someone who wants to hear it.
