Rivero's comments on this story, posted 2/15/2016: "It bothers me that this hit is being made this obvious. I understand that people who do this sort of thing for the government are not very bright and they make mistakes (or this would be a very tiny website) but I am getting a very strong feeling someone is sending a deliberate message here that Scalia was the victim of an assassination, despite official government denials. So, Que Bono? One possibility is that the rest of the surviving Supreme Court Justices are being told what might happen to them if they rule to support the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, especially that Second Amendment. Another possibility is that someone has been promised a seat on the Supreme Court as payment for some action, and the murder of Scalia had to be obvious to prove that it wasn't just coincidence that he passed away at this particular time. I am thinking about that secret meeting that Hillary and Obama had back in 2008, the result of which appeared to be Hillary's backing down in the presidential race, to be rewarded with the Secretary of State position, off of which the Clintons made hundreds of millions of dollars in bribes to the Clinton "charitable" foundation. So, is history repeating? Let us, for the moment, stipulate that Hillary's corruptions at the Department of State do include the selling of US Top Secrets using her weak privater server to deliver and the Clinton Foundation to accept and launder the payments. Obama has to know that Hillary's continued campaign for President risks uncovering that spy scandal, which could be the final straw in the collapse of the Federal Government. Obama is also aware that George H. W. Bush's losing his re-election to Bill Clinton shifted the public focus away from the growing Iran-Contra scandal and the general public being made aware of government-sanctioned drug smuggling. Hillary's popular vote loss to Bernie Sanders and Trump's ascendancy make Hillary's election as President dubious at best, and opened the door for Obama to make her on offer; to trade a slim possibility at being President for a guaranteed seat on the United States Supreme Court! Making Scalia's assassination as obvious as it is is sending a message that Obama intends to keep his end of that bargain! Now, this is just a theory, but it does fit the facts we have at hand. Hillary gets a place in history, Obama gets a Supreme Court more in line with his agenda, and the email server/State Department corruption/spy scandal becomes a mere footnote! The established parties and Wall Street get a Supreme Court which will hamstring any efforts by President Trump to make significant changes to the status quo! What we need to look for is Hillary making "mis-steps" in the next few primaries, allowing Sanders to move into the lead. That will be her message that she accepts the deal. Stay tuned!"

Hillary's popular vote loss to Bernie Sanders and Trump's ascendancy make Hillary's election as President dubious at best, and opened the door for Obama to make her on offer; to trade a slim possibility at being President for a guaranteed seat on the United States Supreme Court! Hillary would NEVER be confirmed by an R senate as a USSC justice. Never. Any suggestion that she could be, especially using the word "guaranteed" is pure bunk.
The USA is now under the cloak of a fascist, single political party oligarchy designed to perform without restraint of the US Constitution. The "Ds" and "Rs" have merged to ensure their own power is at the expense of the US sovereign citizen.

Agreed, but while policies of destruction of America are ideals really shared by both, their charade still 2 party when it comes to which actors are on which sides. Since Hillary is on the D team, the R's won't have her. The duped American R voters and fox news fans would never forgive them for it. It would expose the charade and ruin the whole party. Pun not intended.
Hillary's got the dirt to make confirmation easy. Justice Clinton will be available to swear in President Elizabeth Warren, in Jan 2017.
