Those are some of the biggest, most preposterous lies I have ever heard. 98% of scientists say that, if nothing is done about ever-increasing greenhouse gas emissions, the earth's average mean temperature will soon rise over 7 degrees F, causing much of the earth to be too hot for human survival, and causing a rise in sea-level of 22 feet. Don't play the ostrich Tom even if the predictions are way off, and you know I think they are, there is still risk for low lying or water front property. That 19 inches may come back because the ocean is a giant heat sink and water expands when heated. All that heat we haven't seen so far must have gone somewhere and it has gone into the oceans.
