During a conversation with Fox News, Trump said he believed Obama's tears were genuine. "I actually think he was sincere. I'll probably go down about 5 points in the polls by saying that," the Republican presidential front-runner joked. "But I think he was sincere." Tears rolled down Obama's face on Tuesday when he discussed the 2012 mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School, which left 20 young children dead. Obama was giving a speech announcing his new executive action that, among other things, aims to expand background checks on gun buyers. Some of Obama's conservative critics pointed out that Obama did not cry in response to other tragedies. Just before Trump's "Fox & Friends" interview Wednesday, one of the hosts noted that Obama didn't tear up while discussing the December terrorist attack in San Bernardino, California. But Trump, who has vowed to reverse Obama's executive action, nevertheless said the president most likely "means well." "I think he's incorrect about it. They're just taking chunks and chunks out of the Second Amendment," he said. "But I think he probably means well." Trump went on to say that mass shootings were the result of a "huge mental-health problem," not a lack of gun-control measures. I have also been saying that the counter-rational countercultural condition of people in high public office such as the Bushs, Clintons, and Obamas have substantially contributed to it as role models for development of serious mental problems, rather than an atmosphere of stable responsible adulthood. This country has become a psychological swill, due to its educational system, its social lifestyle system, its entertainment, led off by its politicians that are really a corrupt form of entertainment.

Yes, they probably were... tears of joy at how much closer they are to eradicating the 2nd Amendment.
I doubt that they were tears of sadness. Obama is much too manipulative and psychopathically removed from reality to feel sincere empathy with anyone.

I taught Constitutional Law for ten years. I take the Constitution very seriously. The biggest problems that we’re facing right now have to do with George Bush trying to bring more and more power into the executive branch and not go through Congress at all. And that’s what I intend to reverse when I’m president of the United States of America. Candidate Obama 2008 . Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?
Does anyone think he wouldn't rejoice if it could be proven that it was a conspiracy by white terrorists? It would provide an excuse for all kinds of executive orders as retribution.
