Obama has personally murdered hundreds of children this way, in part because he refuses to capture the terrorists and put them in Gitmo. Among his victims are three American citizens, one of them a 16yo boy, none of them having received a trial or any due process. A president has truly extraordinary powers once war is declared. Obama has no such authority to murder civilians in countries where we are not at war, either formally or informally.
