Another group, Iowa Progress Project, has spent $200,000 airing anti-Cruz ads. "Rick Santorum spent his time in the Senate a little differently". Ted Cruz and Rand Paul stand out as the "bad" candidates on the renewable fuels report card, while the rest of the candidates on both sides of the aisle are graded as "good".
