Devin Gibbs, 23, has been charged in connection with a shooting in a Miami McDonald's A man reportedly shot another man inside of a McDonald's restaurant in Miami during an argument about the suspect's order being ready. Police arrested Police arrested Devin Gibbs, 23, of Miami, Saturday afternoon in connection with the shooting, according to the Miami Herald. Gibbs was charged by police with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, carrying a concealed weapon and shooting into a building. The incident happened at the McDonald's near Northwest 20th Avenue and 80th Street, just after 12:30pm, according to WSVN. A witness said it all started when an older man yelled at a younger man that his order was up. 'They were talking stupid to each other,' said Wilder. The argument escalated and the witness said he heard the suspect say 'I'll kill you right now' as he took out a small handgun. The McDonald's near Northwest 20th Avenue and 80th Street (above) was the scene of a shooting after a fight over an order being ready escalated into shots fired The shot took over the bottom of a glass door (above) at the fast food restaurant A worker was seen cleaning up glass near the establishment, where diners were sent running for cover Ledea Phillip, 65, was shot in the left arm, according to the Miami Herald and taken to a local hospital, where he refused treatment. The witness, Wilder Smith, told WSVN that the older kept eating as he held his bullet-hit arm. 'He didn't care. He took it like a soldier,' said Wilder. But if the victim didn't panic, others in the restaurant did. Pandemonium broke out as customers fled the restaurant and tried to hide. 'I was sitting down right. I busted a left I went straight into the bathroom and I locked myself in,' said diner Jorge Martinez. The owner of the restaurant released a statement saying 'Our first priority is always the safety of our customers and employees. As this is an active police investigation, we ask that you contact the Miami-Dade County Police Department for additional details.'

Must have been a real small pistol, I guess. You know,I completely overlooked that part. Attempted murder is attempted murder regardless of the weapon used,and those should have been the charges. I hope I am correct that the DA can update the charges? And if the victim sat down and ate his burger after being shot,homie might want to go to prison to make sure that old man ain't waiting for him when he is released. He's 23, illegally carries a gun, has an attitude, and was not a felon before this happened? I expected the additional charge of possession of a weapon by a felon. Then again, I also expected attempted murder charges. Being a lousy shot shouldn't qualify someone for reduced charges.

Since it was a black on black crime or a black on white crime,the media,the Rev-runs,and the Black Lives Matter crowd don't give a damn. Ain't it amazing at how all these low-lifes of all races seem to have enough money for professional body tattoos,body piercings,and stylish brand-name clothing,but are still so poor almost all of them are on welfare,food stamps,rent assistance,or all of the charity programs? No,you do NOT have the "right" to spend your welfare money on designer clothes,tattoos,jewelry,etc,etc,etc. It is NOT your money. It is OUR money the government is giving you to live on,not spend of frivolous things. IMHO,EVERYBODY on welfare that is mobile enough to move under their own power should be REQUIRED to march down the closest welfare office each month to sign for and receive the money. Any that show up wearing new designer items or tattoos,should have their check reducted by the amount spent. BTW,there should be no cable tv or sat dishs allowed in public housing,either. Any that already exist should be pulled,and the checks of those who had them reduced by the montly fee they were paying. Same thing with interenet connections and cell phones. Luxuries,and people on welfare shouldn't be receiving luxuries.
