One of the Illinois co-chairs of Ohio Gov. John Kasich's presidential campaign is brushing off saying that the only way Trump can be beaten is with a "head shot." The comment, by Pat Brady, a former chairman of the Illinois Republican Party, came in an interview with Illinois's WGN Radio about a week ago after the last Republican presidential debate and was flagged Doug Ibendahl, a known critic of Illinois Gov. Bruce Rauner's administration, which Brady supports. "If you're going to take on Donald Trump, you've got to take him out with a head shot," Brady said during the interview. Brady, asked about the comment after it was flagged by Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski, said he didn't mean it literally. "That's a term of art we used when I was an assistant U.S. attorney many years ago to mean if you're going to win a big case or win a big argument, you got to take them out with a head shot," Brady told POLITICO on Tuesday. He went on to stress that he wasn't literally calling for someone to shoot Trump. "Of course not," Brady said. Trump, meanwhile, went right after Kasich in response to the remark. "John Kasich never expected to lose so badly, never expected to do so bad in the debates, he never thought he would embarrass himself like he has, but this is no way to act. Very sad commentary," Trump said in a statement. The Kasich campaign distanced itself from Brady's comments. "It was an unfortunate choice of words," Kasich campaign spokesman Rob Nichols said.

Well, if any of us were to make that comment about any politician, within a heart beat a SWAT team would be breaking down out doors, killing our kids & pets, and dragging us out in chains. I guess you are a Jebby supporter, so since it is Trump, you are OK with it. Okay. Only if you want to find out what a real civil war is. just a note to the ruling political class, their masters and their slaves. You will not be exempt, you will be first! Now, I am not an artist, so I cannot draw you a picture, but perhaps I can explain it well enough to give you a picture in your mind. Let me, as best I can, tell you why there has got to be a third Revolution, a Second Civil War, and why it will come within the next year or so and let me further add who it will be that does the fighting. Picture if you will a beautiful summer day, a day with no clouds but a gentle breeze, a day when it is 90 in the sun, but the humidity is low, so it is not unduly uncomfortable. You are sitting under a tree on your favorite lawn chair, playing on a blanket on the lawn in front of you is a perfect little blonde headed, blue eyed, 9 month old; you newest grandson. Out of the corner of your eye you see a huge python slithering out of the bushes surrounding your property, as it comes closer you realize it is over 200 feet long and it is slithering right towards your grandson. You sit mesmerized, you cannot believe the size of that snake, a 200 feet python, a snake with a mouth big enough to swallow your grandson in one gulp. A snake your grandson sees, but due to his age, has no fear of, but instead starts crawling towards. Now the snake is 3 feet from your grandson, it’s head is raised, it’s mouth is open, your grandson is laughing, thinking the snake is funny and means him no harm. What are you going to do? 97% of you are going to go yell at the tail or try to compromise with the snake, maybe agree to it only eating a leg and an arm. But, 3% of us are going to go cut off the head of that snake, flat out kill it, by cutting off it’s head. In the above illustration, you are you, your grandson is your grandchildren, beautiful yard is the USA, the 200 foot python is the US G0vt. In Maine there are 1,230,000 legal residents. 3% is 36,900 men, women, boys and girls, more than enough to cut of the head of not just a 200 foot snake but a 2,000 foot snake. I know that I am no smarter than our members of Congress, I know I am no smarter than Barak Hussien Obama, I know that Gov. Paul LePage is every bit as smart, if not smarter than me, as are the majority of Maine's Legislature, Sheriffs, Police, Courts and Media, it is they who are so much smarter than the rest of us, those who know what is best for us, those who would devour our grandchildren, they we must guard against. Interesting picture Bob. I don't have any grandchildren yet, but I do have adult children, and numerous 4 legged children here at the homestead, but I definitely agree with your sentiments! If a threat comes to my home, we are already locked & loaded!
