Porter, after jurors told a judge it could not reach a verdict on any of the four charges against him. The panel had informed the judge on Tuesday that it was deadlocked, and Judge Barry G. Williams had ordered them to continue deliberations. Porter, 26, was charged with involuntary manslaughter, second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and misconduct in office. To: BorisY (#0) If I were a white police officer, I would only want military or police as my jury. You can't have a jury of your peers if you are a cop, being judged by 12 black women. It is not any different than having 12 white cops for the jury on Al Sharptons future case. The media, NAACP, BLM and Obamas justice dept would not stand for it.
