Reuters reports: The website for 68-story Trump Towers (http://trumptowerny.com), which Trump often uses for his presidential campaign, was down after Anonymous (@YourAnonNews) announced on Twitter: “Trump Towers NY site taken down as statement against racism and hatred. http://www.trumptowerny.com/(what you see is cloudflare offline backup)” Anonymous also posted a YouTube video earlier this week with the message: “Donald Trump think twice before you speak anything. You have been warned Mr. Donald Trump.” 
The hacking group Anonymous took out GOP frontrunner Donald Trump’s Trump Towers website for roughly an hour on Friday as a statement denouncing his proposal to ban Muslims from entering the United States.

This will get another few % for Trump. Every time people fight against him they lose in the end. The only tactic that has worked has come from Ted Cruz. Government needs to remind Anonymous they only exist because they work with us not against us. If you work against us we can help ISIS find them and let ISIS deal with them. You can hide as long as you do not piss-off a major government with real resources that are highly motivated!

Nice use of you're-for-us-or-against-us. However, they hacked a big bunch of ISIS websites and Twitter accounts recently in their #OpISIS campaign. Anonymous hits ISIS with hundreds of hacks They probably just used some current zero-day exploit against Trump's webserver. Not rocket science. Trump's web admin just didn't patch quickly enough or it was a new exploit that took some hours to detect and counter and restore from a backup. Nothing special in the way of an Anonymous attack on a website. They do this stuff constantly.
And the list of targets grow and grow and grow. I still think we will either be raptured before the election or have a revolution before the election, I am fine with either. Eli, Eli, nai erchomai Kurios Iesous.

I would bet he would help them. Trump has pissed off enough POS that he will need to win so he can take some of these guys out before they take him out.

It seems the attack on Trump's server fizzled big. Slashdot: Anonymous Goes After Donald Trump After a video message was posted, the website of Trump Tower in New York City went down for at least an hour. However the campaign has yet to have much success. Despite the group's apparent distributed-denial-of-service attack, which aimed to take down a web server by flooding it with fake traffic, the Trump Tower website was up and running by 11 a.m. and the alleged damage might not have been apparent, to visitors to the page, because a cached version of Trump's site was programmed to hold the fort in the event of an attack or maintenance issues. As you know, I can seldom resist the followup story.

The Donald was ready and waiting for hackers to stage a DoS attack, it seems. He's got someone babysitting his servers, 24/7. CBS reports that hot on the heels of its campaign against ISIS, the shadowy hackers' collective known as Anonymous is going after a new target: Donald Trump. The latest Anonymous operation — #OpTrump — was announced in a YouTube video featuring a masked activist claiming to speak for the group. In a computer-generated voice, he takes aim at Trump's proposed ban on Muslims entering the United States, claiming "This is what ISIS wants." He goes on to say that "the more the United States appears to be targeting Muslims, not just radical Muslims," the more ISIS will be able to recruit sympathizers. The video concludes with Anonymous' now-familiar threat: "You have been warned, Mr. Donald Trump. We are Anonymous. We are Legion. We do not forgive. Expect us."
